• OFEC-D contains Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate 0.1% w/v in a sterile aqueous base.

• Formulated with hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC) to enhance contact time at the site of application.

• Developed for ophthalmic and otic use in bacterial infections associated with inflammation, under medical supervision.

• Contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative.

Dosage & Usage

• Use only as directed by a physician.

• Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye or ear as advised.

• Shake well before use.

• Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.

• Use the solution within one month after opening the vial.

• Store in a cool and dark place below 25°C. Protect from heat and light. Do not freeze.
